Judith Meyers, is co-author of the Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory (CCAI). She is a clinical psychologist who was born and educated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is currently in private practice in San Diego, California. She also serves the public sector as a forensic psychologist by consulting with attorneys, the courts and the criminal justice system. Dr. Meyers is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Diego, in the Psychiatry Clinical Volunteer Faculty. She is a former Senior Clinical Psychologist with the Forensic Evaluation Unit, San Diego County Superior Court. She consults with major television networks regarding selection for reality show contestants. The shows often include international locations.

Eastern Europe, Mr. Fordos speaks four languages, and has lived, worked and traveled to six continents and over 50 countries in the past 15 years. Mr. Fordos has a broad entrepreneurial background that includes working in corporate strategy, organizational turn-around, environmental consulting and intercultural team-building in organizations. Mr. Fordos has two Masters from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, one in International Trade Policy with a specialization in business, and second in International Policy Studies with a specialization in International Negotiations and Conflict Resolution.

The grandson of Mexican immigrants, Luis was born and raised in a bi-cultural, bi-lingual environment in Los Angeles, California. A cultural chameleon, Luis has traveled extensively throughout the world, and has lived in Mexico, Venezuela, and Brazil. He brings over fifteen years of professional management, change leadership, training, and development experience with high performance, international organizations. Luis received a Masters degree in International Policy with a specialization in Culture and Area studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. He has cultivated positive working relationships with international organizations such as the United Nations and World Bank, while successfully developing and aligning cross-border teams. Luis is a dynamic cross-cultural trainer, an effective communicator and a certified mediator.
